Wir freuen uns ihnen unser neuestes Projekt zu präsentieren: die Musik zur fünfteiligen Dokumentationsserie URBAN OASES – EUROPAS SCHÖNSTE STADT PARKS von unserem team produziert von a&o buero filmproduktion gmbh.

Parks are the gems of our cities. They are sanctuaries for nature, people, and culture. Three directors explore Europe’s most beautiful city parks, to discover a fresh new look at these urban oases. Each film is shot over the course of an entire year and merges stunning aerial photography with portraits of extraordinary people whose lives are connected to the parks.

Sie sind die grünen Oasen unserer Metropolen: die großen Stadtparks.  In ihnen vereinen sich Natur, Kultur und Lebenslust. Drei Regisseure führen uns durch Europas schönste Stadtparks, um einen modernen Einblick in diese urbanen Oasen zu ermöglichen.  Alle Folgen sind über den Verlauf eines Jahres gedreht worden und vereinen imposante Luftaufnahmen und eindrückliche Begegnungen mit den facettenreichen Gesichtern der Parks zu einem einzigartigen Seherlebnis.

We start our trip with director Christian Schidlowski in the Jardin des Tuileries, one of the big inner-city parks of Paris where people, who live in the centre, like to enjoy this example of classical French garden architecture amidst the stony splendour of their city.  The Parisian episode also shows the audience another park, the Jardin du Luxembourg: the perfect mixture of natural and geometrical shapes – where English and French garden styles are united.

Wir starten unsere Reise mit Christian Schidlowski im Jardin des Tuileries, einer der großen Parks in Paris, wo die Bewohner der Pariser Innenstadt dieses Beispiel klassischer französischer Gartenarchitektur im Zentrum ihrer Stadtpracht geniessen.  Die französische Folge zeigt auch einen zweiten Park, den Jardin du Luxembourg: die perfekte Mischung aus natürlichen und geometrischen Formen – wo Englischer und Französischer Gartenstil sich treffen.

Rome, the “eternal city” cradles in its centre Villa Borghese, the third largest public park in the city. This green lung, once outside of the city walls, nowadays represents the downtown open space where students, tourists and Roman citizen spend their time laying on the grass, go for a run or just simply wander aimlessly appreciating the quietness. With every scene we watch the changing seasons following four different people’ stories bound directly or indirectly to the park.

Rom, die “ewige Stadt” umwickelt in seinem Zentrum die Villa Borghese, der dritt größte Park der Stadt.  Diese Grüne Lunge ist ein Treffpunkt für Studenten, Touristen und dem römischen Bürger zum Sport treiben, im Grass liegen oder einfach ohne Ziel zu spazieren und die Stille zu geniessen. Durch die Augen vierer direkt und indirekt mit dem Park lebenden Menschen können wir mit jeder Szene den Wechsel der Jahreszeiten und die Rolle des Parks für diese beobachten.

The Englischer Garten in Munich, one of the largest inner city parks in the world (even larger than New York’s Central Park) is the perfect example of an english garden – an informal landscape. The cinematic journey starts in spring, observing diverse ways the park is experienced by the inhabitants, ending as in the best fairy-tales in winter when the park welcomes the first snow.

Der Englische Garten in München ist einer der größten Stadtparks der Welt (größer sogar als der Central Park in New York) und ein perfektes Beispiel für einen Englischen Garten – eine informelle Landschaft.  Die cinematische Reise beginnt im Frühling und beobachtet die vielen unterschiedlichen Weisen wie Münchener den Park erfahren und endet wie die besten Märchen im Winter beim ersten Schnee.

As the first tender buds bloom in spring, we begin our expedition through one of Europe’s most unique parks – Stockholm’s Royal National Park, the world’s first inner-city national park. Directed by Sebastian Kentner, the audience will be immersed in its immense size of almost 30 square kilometres, its wild nature and diverse landscapes, its old oak forests, its beautiful coasts and lakes that attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.

Wir beginnen, während die ersten Frühlingsknospen blühen, unsere Entdeckungsreise durch einer der einzigartigsten Parks Europas – Stockholms Königlicher Nationalpark, der weltweit erste Nationalpark im Zentrum einer Stadt.  Regisseur Sebastian Kentner präsentiert dem Zuschauer diesen immensen 30 Quadratkilometer großen Park in seiner vollen Vielfalt mit seiner ungezahmten Natur, seinem alten Eichen Wald und seiner schönen Küsten und Seenwelten die jedes Jahr hunderttausende Besucher locken.

In London, it’s on Hannah Leonie Prinzler to lead the camera through two of the most famous parks in the world: The Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.  The journey begins in the Speakers Corner, a democratic open space where the British capital shows off its colorful and multicultural life. Combining exceptional aerial photography with lovingly observed, often funny and quirky encounters with people in and around the park, this film offers a unique perspective of two of the world’s most beautiful urban oases, that together form Londons green Lung.

In London führt Hannah Leonie Prinzler die Kamera durch zwei der berühmtesten Parks der Welt: den Hyde Park und Kensington Gardens.  Diese Folge beginnt im Speakers Corner der auch als demokratischer Podest für die facettenreichen und multikulturellen Projekte der Britischen Hauptstadt fungiert.  Eine Kombination aus epischer Luftaufnahmen und liebevoll observierter und oft lustiger Begegnungen mit Menschen um und in dem Park gibt diesem Film eine einzigartige Perspektive auf  den Parks die zusammen Londons grüne Lunge bilden.

The KINDERHILFE NEPAL e.V. was founded in 1986.

This year marks their 30th anniversary.

We are extremely proud to help the cause by providing the music score for their anniversary movie. Edda Wolf, mind and soul of the project, started supporting children of a poor peasant family in the Himalayan region. Quickly it developed into a major aid project in order to support children and young people from socially disadvantaged families, to create an independent life. Its main aim is to sustain future prospects through regulated education and training. The annual inspection guarantees the implementation of all the projects.

Die KINDERHILFE NEPAL e.V. wurde 1986 gegründet.

Dieses Jahr markiert ihr 30-jähriges Jubiläum.

Wir sind ausserordetlich stolz darauf mit einer Vertonung ihres Jubiläums-Films sie zu unterstützen.  Edda Wolf, Gründerin und Herz des Projekts, began vor 30 Jahren Kinder in armen Familien um den Himalaya zu helfen.  Schnell wurde daraus ein großes Projekt um den jungen Kindern aus sozial benachteiligten Familien zu fördern.  Ihr Hauptzweck ist die Förderung nachhaltiger Zukunftsprospekte durch regulierte Bildung und Training, wessen Qualität durch jährliche Inspektionen versichert wird.

Currently they follow the “Thangka Painting School” meant for young monks it is located in Lukla/Himalaya. Founded in 1997 it contributes to the preservation of cultural heritage in the Sherpa country. Because of the “westernisation” this culture is paying an immense price for multiculturalism. The association’s  aim is to contribute to the preservation of Tibetan Buddhist culture, raising awareness about this urgent situation. Himalayan region Lukla is the starting point for most treks in the high mountains near Mount Everest. Tourism is the sector that generates one of the highest employment opportunities in the country. The saddest part is that Nepal itself has been unsuccessful in promoting these outstanding landmarks sustainably. The additional idea of this project is to combine cultural spread with the chance to earn and live of tourism. This school gives the opportunity to make old traditions alive again through teaching of ancient Tibetan Buddhist paintings. As Thangka painters and taught in western languages such as English, young monks can help to spread their country’s culture to visitors and ensure the safety of their families.

In letzter Zeit folgen sie die “Thangka Painting School” für Mönche in Lukla.  In 1997 gegründet, trägt es zur Erhaltung tibetische, buddhistische Kultur bei, welches durch die Globalisierung immer mehr in Gefahr gebracht wird.  Lukla ist der Startpunkt für die meisten Expeditionen in die Hochgebirge um Mount Everest und weshalb Tourismus der Sektor ist der in Nepal mitunter die meisten Arbeitsplätze schafft.  Durch den starken internationalen Einfluss ist der Tourismus Sektor ausbeuterisch und nicht Nachhaltig.  Deshalb werden viele Kurse in westlichen Sprachen wie Englisch unterrichtet um den Schülern mit einer Kombination aus Wissen über ihre Herkunft und die Chance nicht nur in der Tourismusbranche sich durchzusetzen zu können sondern auch um ihre kulturelle Herkunft international zu vermitteln.

In addition, the association opened two nursery school in Kathmandu and in Dharmasthali. The latter has been moved to a new place because of the earthquake in April 2015; nowadays in this place toddlers aged one to three years are part-time supervised. In this way their mothers have the opportunity to catch up with their missed education without domestic charge.

By now, 350 children and young people are being financed for school and vocational education in private training centers. We believe in this project. We believe in its good operation for Nepal, a country understimated and undermined by stakeholders.

Zudem hat die Organisation zwei Kindertagesstätten in Kathmandu und in Dharmasthali (welches nach den Erdbeben umgelagert wurde) eröffnet.  Dort können junge Kinder unter Aufsicht von vertrauenswürdigen Erziehern Zeit verbringen während ihre Eltern sich um ihre Weiterbildung kümmern.

Mittlerweile werden 350 Kinder und Jugendliche finanziell unterstützt um Schulen, Ausbildungen und Private Trainings Zentren zu bezahlen.  Wir haben großes Vertrauen in diesem Projekt und glauben, dass es eine gute Aktion ist für Nepal, ein Land was von Investoren untergraben wird.
